The room was neat and practical for our short transit stay. The bathroom was quite clean and appeared recently updated, making for a refreshing shower experience. Its location is unbeatable, right next to Roma Termini, which was key for us as we were traveling to different sights including the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Although the street was buzzing with activity and noise, it felt safe enough walking around. If you’re looking to stay close to the action, this place delivers on that front and offers decent value.

The shower pressure was great, but the rat problem was a huge letdown.

The location near Termini station made our stay so convenient, yet
the street could get quite noisy, especially late at night. Despite this, the room was cozy, and I appreciated the vending machine for late-night snacks. Staff were friendly and accommodating with our luggage, enhancing the overall experience.

My stay in the Double Room was a delightful surprise! The room was clean and cozy, equipped with a flat-screen TV that provided access to Netflix, making for a relaxing evening. Its location right across from Roma Termini station proved to be exceptionally convenient for hopping on a train or grabbing a last-minute meal at nearby cafes.
A bit noisy outside.

Clean and functional bathroom facilities, availability of Netflix, vending machine for affordable snacks
Noise from the street, small room sizes, entirely absent full-time staff, unclear policies and expectations for additional charges, limited in-house food options, rusty plumbing issues, dismal building condition requiring urgent renovation!!!

Cozy atmosphere with comfortable bedding.
The area gets quite noisy at night, making it tough to catch Z's. Rooms feel smaller than anticipated, with limited floor space for luggage. A musty odor lingered in the room, reminiscent of dampness. Price point at $200 per night feels a bit steep when considering the overall experience.

The convenience of being right across from Roma Termini made getting around the city a breeze. The cleanliness of my room stood out, with spotless surfaces and modern bathroom fixtures that made for a refreshing experience. I loved the good water pressure in the shower, perfect for rejuvenating after a long day of exploring. On the downside, the noise from the bustling street was a bit distracting, especially at night. Finding the entrance was tricky due to a lack of clear signage, which added unnecessary stress. It would have been great if there were someone available on-site more consistently for support. Overall, it was a functional place to stay with essential amenities, yet improvements could enhance the experience significantly.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 2 nights. The room was cozy and clean, with really good water pressure in the shower! The location right across from Roma Termini was super convenient, but the noise from the street was a bit much at times. Also, the door echoed loudly when it locked, which was kinda unsettling late at night. Overall, I liked how comfy the beds were, and the in-room Netflix was a nice touch!
